Come argue with us.

The Discord is where stories start. People drop links, correct our mistakes, push back on takes, and tell us what nobody's covering. It's free and it's open — you don't have to be an expert in anything.

What actually happens in there

Story leads

You tell us what's being ignored

Half our best stories started as somebody dropping a link and saying "why is nobody talking about this."

Corrections

You catch what we got wrong

Numbers, dates, translations, context. Corrections get made publicly, with credit to whoever caught it.

Workshop

You learn how it's made

Scripts, research notes and edits get posted before they're published. Useful if you want to do this yourself.

House rules

Argue about ideas, not people. Disagreement is the point. Personal attacks, harassment and pile-ons are not.

Bring a source or say you don't have one. "I think" is fine. "It's a fact" without a link is not.

No party organising. This is a space to understand politics, not to run a campaign in. All sides, same rule.

Be careful with people's safety. No doxxing, no sharing anyone's private information, no coordinating against individuals.

Bangla and English both welcome. Say it in whichever one you think in.
